Customer Communication & Respect Policy

Our Commitment to Our Customers

At Arizona Ironworks, we are committed to providing professional service, quality workmanship, and timely communication. We understand that construction, fabrication, installation, and repair projects can sometimes involve unexpected delays, scheduling changes, or other challenges. When issues arise, our team works diligently to communicate updates and resolve concerns as quickly as possible during business hours.

Respectful Communication

We believe that productive communication requires mutual respect.

Our employees are expected to treat every customer with professionalism, courtesy, and respect, regardless of the situation. In return, we ask that all customers communicate with our staff in the same manner.

We understand that customers may become frustrated when projects do not proceed as planned. While we welcome feedback, questions, and concerns, we do not tolerate:

  • Personal attacks or insults directed toward employees
  • Harassment, intimidation, or threatening behavior
  • Abusive, vulgar, or discriminatory language
  • Repeated hostile communications that interfere with our ability to provide service

Employee Protection

Our employees deserve a safe and respectful work environment. We stand behind team members who perform their duties professionally and respectfully.

Disagreements regarding scheduling, pricing, project scope, timelines, or workmanship should be addressed through constructive communication focused on resolving the issue rather than attacking individual employees.

Right to Refuse Service

Arizona Ironworks reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service when a customer engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward any employee, contractor, or representative of the company.

This policy is not intended to limit a customer’s ability to raise legitimate concerns or complaints. Rather, it exists to ensure that all interactions remain professional, respectful, and productive.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, quality workmanship, accountability, and mutual respect. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our customers and remain committed to reviewing and resolving concerns professionally and fairly.
